In order to ensure a great experience and wellbeing for all our guests, please see further below our updated showroom policy. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these guidelines. For more information, see also our Q&As.  

1) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: We only accept appointments already registered via our website. If there are any doubts with completing the form online, please contact us via email, text message, or give us a call at +1 305 988 9818.

2) MASKS AND SAFETY: We require our guests and their party to wear a mask unless fully vaccinated. We will also have hand sanitizer,  disinfecting wipes, soap and water, readily available to all guests and employees. 

3) SOCIAL DISTANCING: Every appointment is limited the bride-to-be and four additional guests, for a total of five guests. We will also be limiting the time available in the fitting room. 

4) APPOINTMENT FEE: In order to ensure a great experience, we do charge an appointment fee, which is credited back toward your wedding gown or other service. This helps us to provide you with a tailored experience which starts before you come to the store.

5) CANCELATIONS: Any appointment canceled within less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be non-refundable, due to limited appointment space and safety procedures being put in place. However, the cancellation fee can be credited toward any other service or experience.
